Appearance: Standing reasonably tall she is a mixture of both her sisters. She has Bellatrix's hair but Narcissa's eyes. Quite slim she looks like a typical Black though her hair is curlier than most as it takes more after the Rosier side of the family than the Black's. Out of her two sisters she looks the most like Bellatrix. Her face is long and thin but not overly so. Overall her appearance is of one that is quite delicate but not overly so. With a bone a pronounced bone structure she is often mistook as weak and needing protection but this annoys her. Many girls are jealous of her looks as they came naturally to her without having to use make-up. One thing she doesn't like about her appearance is that she is prone to pimples and other blemishes which don't plague her sisters.

Personality: A quiet girl she is very friendly and easy to get along with though it takes awhile for her to talk to you but once she knows you she can talk for hours at a time especially if she is nervous. At first look she is often mistaken for quite shy as she often prefers the company of books to people but it is in fact the opposite. If she wasn't so determined to prove her parents wrong she would be a very social girl.
Around her family and friends she can be very bossy especially when she is sure of something. Often called stubborn by her parents she often refuses to look at a different point of view but then most of her family is like that so it can form some heated arguments.

History: Born on 22 August 1953 to Cygnus and Druella Black she was the middle of three daughters to the dislike of her parents who had wanted a son to carry on the family name. As a child she was rather quite and liked to spend time reading though she also enjoyed spending time with her sister. As the three of them were growing up Bellatrix would teach Andy things while she just played with Cissy and then passed on her learning’s to her.
While she was not her parent's and Uncle Orion's favourite, she knew Narcissa was she wanted to please them to no end. When she began Hogwarts in 1964 she was sorted into Slytherin like the rest of her family. Quickly taking to her subjects she worked hard to please her parents and quickly became the top student in her year pleasing her parents. During that year she became casual friends with a group of girls but found that they would easily annoy her for no reasons at all.
Over the summer holidays she would spend time at Grimmauld Place playing with her cousins, especially Sirius who was the eldest. She was overly fond of him.
During the next few years she continued to excel at her school work but withdrew further and further into herself though she remained close to her younger sister she grew apart from Bellatrix. After receiving straight O's on her OWLs she new her parent's were pleased with her but she still wasn't the favourite child. That still fell on Narcissa even if Cissy didn't have the best relationship with their father.
By the beginning of her sixth year something was still missing from her life but she wasn't sure what it was. It was during the first few weeks of that year that she developed a crush on Ted Tonks a Muggleborn who she had secretly been casual friends with since her younger sister Narcissa had introduced the two of them the year before. Instead of ignoring it she decided to act on it and finally discovered what was missing in her life. Acceptance for who she was and not who she was expected to be.
During her sixth year Ted and her continued to date happily even though it was a secret until Narcissa found out about it and threatened to tell their parents about it. Andromeda told Cissa that she would break up with him but in fact she didn't which was a good thing as her sister still told them and Bellatrix about her relationship. While Narcissa thought they had broken up, they were in fact just being extra careful not to be caught when they spent time together.
After she graduated from Hogwarts at the end of June 1971 she lasted two weeks at home before running away to live with Ted out in the muggle world. She lived a peaceful and happy life until two months later she ran into her mother and Aunt Walburga in Diagon Alley where the truth came out that they hadn't in fact broken up in their sixth year like everyone had believed. Her mother disinherited her on the spot though she was nowhere near as furious as her Aunt who threatened to kill her. Luckily she managed to apparate back to the apartment she was sharing with Ted.
A few months later during the winter of 1971 they were married in a beautiful ceremony with all their new friends and Ted's family. Nearly two years later on November 2nd their daughter and only child Nymphadora Tonks was born with a head of pink hair much to their surprise. After her husband and daughter died she continued to stay at home but this time she raised her grandson Teddy Lupin with the help of his daughter's friend and Teddy's godfather Harry Potter. (See Teddy's Bio)
Still devoted to her family she tried to spend as much time as possible with them but it wasn't often that she got to see them. Living a peaceful life she died peacefully not long before her 77th before in 2030.
